Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We will provide a no-charge replacement for any quality issues. We may request that the presentation/order be returned to us and will provide a return shipping label. We do not provide refunds based on customer preference. We will issue a credit or a no-charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping.

A 15% restocking fee applies to any order canceled or exchanged.

To the extent permitted by law, no prior amounts paid for the work shall be refunded in cash. However, such amounts may be used as a credit toward the purchase of other items within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. If the credit is not utilized within this period, the Purchaser, by this Agreement, transfers and forfeits all payments made to the Seller without recourse. This is subject to the Seller returning any sales taxes paid by the Purchaser.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.

 

To Begin Your Replacement or Credit

  1. Photograph any damage.
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging to ensure safe handling during transit.
  3. Clearly place the return label on the top of the package.
