A tranquil reminder to take the moment to BREATH.
Sometimes out of nowhere, I find myself feeling overwhelmed, in these moments I try to remember to step back, refocus, and recenter. Long calming strokes layer greens to create a sense of sanctuary. Blended blues fill the middle giving a sense of tranquility, while the thick strokes at the top create the tension the surface of the water has. These acrylic paints are applied to canvas and finished with a semi-gloss varnish.
